Elli
Elli was spotted lying almost unconscious in a tunnel on the north end of Kaohsiung. She was hungry and dehydrated and she was infected with intestinal parasites. Within two days she regained full energy. We suspect that Elli strayed from an abusive home as she was extremely timid despite her young age. Luckily, a loving home has found Elli already
